Banana Nut Bread

3 bananas mashed

1cup sugar

1/4cup butter

1 1/2c flour (before sifting)

2 eggs

1/2tsp salt

1/4tsp baking soda (dissolve in 1tsp warm water)

splash of vanilla

cream until butter is light. add sugar and beat until fluffy. add eggs until extra light and fluffy. sift flour and salt. add flour and salt to mixture alternate with bananas. add baking soda | water mix.

bake at 300F for 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean.
